Bake. Coconut Cloud Cookies

I wanted something sweet and I wanted to use what I already had so I googled yellow cake mix and coconut. I found Norma's (Coconut Clouds) Cake Mix Cookies. I used up some seriously old coconut which I mixed in to the batter and saved the fresh stuff for the outside. They turned out great. Very sweet and yummy. I would love to try them with chocolate chips or 1/2 dipped in semi-sweet. I didn't have chips on hand or I would have done it. Thanks Norma!

I ended up frosting them with melted semi-sweet chocolate chips. Delicious!
