When my brother takes you to the city he will sometimes drop you off at the bottom of the incline which I found out a few years ago was considered public transportation and is only $2.50 for a ride. Here's a pic of the incline and a view of Pittsburgh from inside. Once you get to the top you can walk along the street on Mt. Washington to see several different angles. It was kind of a gloomy day and I have plenty of pics of the city. I did try to get one of the big rubber ducky but it didn't work out.
