Corn Salsa
Another healthy favorite. I've altered the original recipe but only because it was too soupy. I don't feel so bad when I eat all of it in one sitting.
1 can Black Beans
1 can Corn
1 large Tomato diced
1 small Onion diced (or less)
1 small Avacado diced
a squirt of lime juice
1 packet of Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Oil
1-2 tsp Vinegar
Cilantro
Serve with Tortilla Chips
A serving of this or even more by itself is 0-1 WW point
You basically want to keep track of the chips.
