Are you done yet?

This was Max during my first cardio workout. Both dogs just stared at me the whole time nodding off here and there.

I rode my exercise bike for 20 minutes using the interval technique from Body for Life. It is such a great work out in only 20 minutes and I can't understand why anyone busts their butt for any longer. It is the only workout that can make me break a sweat. I made it through day 2 (Cardio) so it's all down hill from here!
